Just finished watching Song of the Canefields. Ever had that feeling of wanting to jump into the screen and whisk Ueto-chan to safety? Except in this film she'd probably batter you up good and proper in the name of the Emperor for being a gaijin! :beatyou:

Aya has filmed with Jo Odagiri (Azumi). Jo Odagiri has filmed with Chiaki and Kou Shibasaki (two different movies, Maison de Himiko and Scrapheaven (if I'm not completely blind)). Kou and Chiaki have filmed together (Battle Royale). Chiaki and Aya have filmed together (Azumi 2).

So that would mean that Aya and Kou will shoot together soon?

There's a special project and all you Aya-fans can join it ! If you buy the "Attack No.1 2005(which will release at 18, May)," you will have a chance to co-star with Aya Ueto in final episode of "Attack No.1 !"

However, only 6 people have the chance. Because the lyric of the theme song u‚¾‚¯‚ǁA—Ü‚ª‚Å‚¿‚ႤB—‚ÌŽq‚¾‚à‚ñIv(tear drops down, cuz I am a girl), they decided to make a spcial project. Buy "Attack No.1 2005" CD, fill in your application form which is enclosed in the CD. And then send back one photo you are crying and write down the reason why you're crying. They will choose 6 prizewinner who can co-star with Aya-chan in the final episode of "Attack No.1" about the end of June.

The special project is not only this. They (Pony/Canyon, the Japanese record company) will draft 500 people who bought Aya's new single"–²‚̃`ƒJƒ‰"(will release at 8, June) to the last rehearsal of Aya Ueto's Summer Live Tour 2005. On August 2, preceding day of the tour, lucky fans can experienced the backstage scenes.

hi, new to the site here. just caught aya's drama hitonatsu no papa e on tv about a month ago, and i really liked her. found a bunch of nice images of her on this forum and links for video and music. really awesome!

don't know if anyone posted these already, but i thought i would put something up to start out. got these from mmonly.com, dunno if i'm actually suppose to say where i got them.
