Too bad.
Maybe next time you'll get a perfect girl and shirt combination... ;)

crazy guy :)
dude...in all seriousness...i can almost gurantee that most ppl that wear those shirts with english on them, in japan that is, have no friekin' clue what the shirts say....most of those ENGRISH shirts are incomprehensible and completely devoid of meaning. i saw tons of the shirts in harajuku and i just laughed at the absurdity of it all.

Time to buy a buncha those shirts and fly off to Japan. :hehe:

you'd prolly make money too..that's the crazy thing!
my friend bought one from takeshita dori in harajuku...it was some shirt about special ops commandos or something TOTALLY random....hella funny.
seems like you liked it enough to watch it from start to finish
Aya's acting in this compared to her other works?
i think the story was so strange it was compelling. it's odd to be sure...but thematically full.
she plays a slightly whimsical 17 year girl looking for a fresh departure from the boring drudgery of her life...she plays the part well. i have really only seen her in koukou kyoushi 2003 which i thought was a remarkable piece of acting on her part. i loved her in koukou kyoushi.
i told you i didn't care for azumi very much...so i liked her better in this...she's just not believable as this gutwrenching bloody swordwielding hero. she plays the high school girl much more convincingly!

Yea, I agree. Her performance in KouKou Kyoushi was excellent :applaud:
She does play high school girl roles very well. I think I gotta read the Azumi manga to see what Azumi's character is really like and see if Aya was able to bring out Azumi's character to the max or close to it. I thought she did a good job in Azumi, though with more time and practice with the sword, it would've been better

she's a young woman...i'm sure she's refining her acting skill as time goes by. i'm telling you if they spent as much money on the film as they did on one of her commericals it would have been better.... :hehe:

Yea, she still got lots of time to become an even better actress. Would like to see her in another dramatic type of drama. Nada Sou Sou, she wasn't in much of it :puppydog: Also a comedy type drama, I want to see if she can pull that off, I think she could :woot:
Wonder if Aya can play a villain...... I think it'd be a bit hard for her....she seems to innocent and sweet to be a villain

Hai, Mochiron. More $$$ would've been great.
well her role in install is somewhat comical, given the absurdity of the events (i don't mean that in a negative way...i'm using absurdity in a literary sense). well i'm sure she'll have the opportunity to act in many more dramas...
i can totally see her paired up with jun matsumoto or something...it would be one helluva blockbuster pairing given their respective levels of popularity. can you dig it?

Jun....he played in Gokusen as Shin right?
As long as his character isn't like Shin, then that be great.
I can see them being paired up for a drama.
I would also like to see her paired up with Dohmoto (dude in Summer Snow), Yonekura Ryoko, and Oguri Shun

That's awesome news K.T.Tran, great that this project is moving forward. Thank you for seeding, I had to shut down my PC during the night, because of the person I'm sharing room with :boxing: , but now I'm back online and back in the swarm :dancing: .
From my non-expert (in martial arts and in anime/manga stuff) point of view, I think that Aya did perfect job in first Azumi movie. The fact that you wouldn't expect to see such a cute and innocent looking girl in the role of assassin, makes it so distinguishable and interesting. When I first saw it I was like "LOL what is goin on here  , this is totaly cool :metaldevil: ". Well as for the sequel, I was somehow disappointed maybe because of a new director and lack decent plot...
alienwork>> to download you have open a .torrent file with a Bittorrent program, so to seed you just have to let the program open with the file 100% completed, then you should see your upload speed which show that you are sharing ^^
neoshi>> loool XD I remember she says that she won't married soon ^^
