What I did: :blahblah:
I went to http://www.oscarpro.co.jp/ and right-clicked into the area of the page where the flash animation is and had my browser display the properties of that page. It's name is http://www.oscarpro.co.jp/home.html
I opened GetRight (4.5e - but it might work with earlier versions) and had it download the HTML file. I don't know about other download managers but when GetRight downloads a web page, it will give you the option to view all the items that can be found there and let you pick the ones you want to download. So I picked the embedded SWF. During the download, the URL of the file was shown in the main window. ;)
