It's out on DVD now. I rented it today. The movie itself is just o.k., nothing special, although I did like it better than Udon. But Manami is real good in this. :thumbsup:

UFB (Ultimate Fan Boy aka BMW Racer) posted the pic I had here again on May 7th, so I figured might as well delete mine. No sense in having the same pics posted 2 or 3 thousand times. (Although that doesn't stop UFB)

Manami is in almost every scene, which is good if you're a Manami fan, but there's some other good actors here (Mitsuko Baisho and Yoshinori Okada to name two) and it probably would have made for a better movie if they'd spent some time fleshing out the other characters a little more.

Still, I'm setting aside some income tax refund money for when the boxed set version comes out. :fingerscrossed:

Yeah, those box sets don't come cheap... Even more so when you factor in the shipping from Japan. :sweat:
