yoroshiku minna,
it's wonderful to read about joe here and to view his lovely pics. arigatou. this may not be the appropriate forum to post my question demo, does anyone have the entire list of joe's filmography. i'm actually looking for all his movies. also your recommendations is much appreciated. i'm kinda new in this. tq.
Nice to meet you Arwenna! I don't think I have a complete list of all of Joe's movies, but maybe one of the other girls has it? Maybe Wai? As far recommendations go, I would recommend "Azumi". I thought that movie was great overall & Joe played a really good psycho character!
Akakage wrote:Btw, he also appears in this magazine..Q-RANK.. :)
I've never read this magazine before..or even seen it  I've no idea how to order it.
Hey Cami, on a random note, is there a significant Japanese population in Venezula?
Not that I know, but I know that there's more japanesse people living in Peru.
Actually I'm a full latin girl, I just like Joe since the day I saw him in Shinsengumi one sunday morning on NHK, then I became a fanatic, but not lunatic.
I hope you don't think I'm nuts or something
Rinrin wrote:Hey Aka, doesn't Amazon.co.jp sell that magazine QRank? I know they showed it to me a few times. Maybe they don't sell it anymore.
really? I've never paid attention to that. I think they don't sell it anymore. I was looking for a magazine "Look on Star" too. They didn't sell it anymore? like WHY?! I only saw two stocks of it. Does Amazon also sell Cinema Cinema?
@PCM..I've never liked converse..it's to flat and not comforting for a sneaker. I'd still go for Nike or Adidas for sneaker..:P
yeah Cami was right, no wonder he only wore one shoe? :beaten:

Hi arwenna, welcome. :)
Dun have the full list, but you can refer to http://www.odagiri-joe.com/ for the list of the movies as well as dramas Joe acted in. Platonic Sex is not in the list though. It's not a bad show. Quite liked it. There's another TV special i watched...the canefield show. Can't remember the title. Pretty good, but you dun get to see him appearing much.
You can try to get his dramas too...should not be a problem in Malaysia.(?) If you are a fan for Kamen Riders, you will like Kuuga too.
Well, hope it helps. ;)
By the way, found this in Amazon Japan...prefer it to the 'one-shoed' Joe! :P
Thanks Wai for the website. Sad to say I'm not in Malaysia so it's difficult to find Joe's doramas where I am. So far I've got Shensengumi and Searching for my Polestar (Subbed) and Satorare (unsubbed). Wish I could lay my hands on a copy of subbed Satorare though. That would be great. Will keep on looking for it I guess, I think it's a great dorama even though I don't understand it all.

Not at all, you're not nuts.
Just wondering how you discovered Japanese entertainment, as I wasn't aware of a significant Japanese population in Venezula. I've known about the Japanese in Peru for a long time, and about a year ago Betsy Hayashi told me that there are a huge amount of Japanese in Sao Paolo.
On a different note... Scrapheaven, which stars Jo Odagiri alongside of Kuriyama Chiaki, has been announced to be completed yesterday. Release in Japanese cinemas is autumn (October most likely atm).
Hi Natsume! We talked a little about the movie, but not much. It looks kind of interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing him work with Nakama Yukie again!
