That's kind of weird, d-addicts.com and d-addicts.net seem to be like on the same subnet to me.
Can you access either of these URLs on the tracker host?
http://d-addicts.net/
http://d-addicts.net:7979/
Nope. :shamefulcry:
Posted about my problem here. http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8377&start=180
I'd rather have no access no all other trackers than d-addicts. And everyday there's more downloads to catch up on. :banghead: Called my isp and they said they'll 'look into it'.

Well, it's a littlle ironic that you and Ruroshin both live in Oz. Although d-addicts.com/.net appear to be in Frankfurt. You might seriously think about switching ISPs if yours can't resolve this problem in a couple days. Maybe another Ozzie can recommend one.
It's bloody weird that you can reach d-addicts.com but not .net. They are probably sitting in the same machine room, so I doubt you are having a routing problem.
There is a long shot workaround which would be to try to use a web proxy to proxy your requests to d-addicts.net. It might be hard to find one that would work and is free though.
Another longshot: are you sure your PC isn't acting up? Have you done a cold-boot lately? You probably have, but no harm asking.
Both my pcs are having trouble with d-addicts.net. All other torrent tracker are working just fine. I've done cold boot, turn off modem for a couple of hours, virus/spyware scan etc.
Its weird cause before this, I could access d-addicts.net but not .com.
My connection to .net is not very good either. It takes 20+ hops just to get to .net and sometimes a 'connection timed out' appears when I'm loading a page at .com.
What ISP are you with akiramike? Last week the Southern Cross connection to the states was broken so international traffic for all ISP (except for some Internodians who had their own line) came to a screeching halt while they were repairing it. However, it should of been fixed by now.
Btw I'm with Internode and I can reach d-addicts.com/net just fine
I'm with TSN. Used to be truly unlimited but now they've got a top 15% gets shaped when network congested. I remember international sites having problems but that was a few weeks ago. Very hard to find a truly unlimited isp in Australia that won't go kaput in 6 months.
Now I'm having to resort to clubbox to get some jdramas. :(
Ruro...
there seems to be another problem with people who've been posting torrents.
After posting a torrent, that person cannot reply, edit, or even post in the forum. We get that message "you cannot post too soon after... please wait awhile."
I've been experiencing this since uploading Omiai kekkon episodes 03-04 today. I've also seen 2 others that are having the same problem. (Although they ended up making another account and posting). Leeunit and tiklebubble.
Another thing. The first initial post of the torrent (usually where there's info), is defaulted to be the last post on the page. Someone just posted saying "thanks." And their post is above mine.
I wasn't logged in so I couldn't see the exact times they were posted, but I think the times recorded with the torrent uploads are off. I did notice that occur with your torrent and tikleabubble, and who knows?
I think I'm beginning to get akiramike problem now, can't access the site at http://d-addicts.com but strangely enough, if I use http://www.d-addicts.com I can get there :headscratch: This only just happened recently
searching in d-addicts for anything sucks - it doesnt return any results for most common queries even when you kno that there is a torrent there it still doesnt find it through the search.
i'm currently trying to find anything with aya ueto on there and i typed in the names of all the programs and films that i kno she has appeared in and i couldnt find many files - although i did find the entire series of KKK2003 so im happy with that yayy now if only i can download it without having any problems like lack of seeds which is also anoying
i hate people that downlaod and close the torrent as soon as they are finished :beatyou: :beatyou: :beatyou:

I've never had a problem like that. Can you give an example of an aya ueto torrent you looked for that is there, but can't be found via search?

Have you tried posting a seed request? Another thing to check is if the drama has been series of the week, if it hasn't, and it's been a little while since it was posted, you could nominate for series of the week.

That doesn't bother me, as long as they try to get their ratio to 1.0.

How odd. It looks like both hostnames have a DNS "A" record so they both have the same exact IP address. I would think you wouldn't see any difference whatsoever. Hmm. Maybe Australia has net gremlins.

yes its very odd and it only happens with some local ISP, my work seems to be able to access both just fine. Time to do some investigating.
