I was just speculating about d-addicts server location. I know Rinrin had access to the server and is in Honolulu. I just don't know if it was physically or just by remote...
Yes, I'm very relieved. I just hope she has enough candles to last her until they get the electricity running once more.
Gomen ne...I can understand Japanese more than I speak it. I used to be fluent but as they say, if you don't use it, you lose it. Last time I spoke fluent Japanese was when I was about 12 or 13... :puppydog:

kanji ga wasureteshimaimashita....
You're doing very well, considering you only took 2 years in University. I had it spoken to me at home (grandparents and great-grandparents) and I went to Japanese school from age 7 to 13, took it in high school and 1 year in college and then I lost most of what I had learned after I left college. My mother told me that I'm hopeless... :hehe:
I can still read and speak a bit, but understanding is easiest for me.

as they say...use it or lose...i'm sure the opportunities are far and few between in the Scottish Highlands.....I'm sure they don't say "Irrashimase" when you enter the local restaurant to eat some haggis (Kimochi warui yo!) :hehe: :hehe:

Haggis...it's okay but not something I would eat all the time. Too rich and just thinking of what's in it...same with black pudding. :bleh:
Actually, I slowly started to forget once the grandparents and great-grandparents passed away...starting from the age of 12.
I only spent a year in college and then after that, there was no reason to really keep up with what I had learned. I kind of regret it now, that's why this site is good for me...it keeps me connected.

"A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If you continue, it may stop responding. Do you wish to abort this script?"
I got that message when I was trying to install my brother's DSL setup software... Ended up having to backup everything and blow away Win2K and reinstall... It was probably as drastic step, but my brother wanted WinXP anyways, so it worked out.

Does anyone know how I can download this drama? http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic_40063.htm
when I click on download, I get this weird chinese website
I'm sorry to all the mods.. I post everything in the wrong threads
To be honest, I'm not sure where this should go.... this thread is normally for the reporting/updating of access to the d-addicts site.
"I can't reach the site. Am I the only one seeing this problem?"
"It'll be up in the afternoon"
"I've moved the server so the new IP address is ...."
That sort of thing.
But the problem is, the "download" link doesn't point to the actual torrent file, but the page that contains the link to the torrent. And of course, the actual link is written in Chinese, so I can't help you further.

I just posted the torrent in the thread:
http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=565593#565593
yeah, I also think it's annoying that they take the effort to create that thread, but never bother to check that they actually link to the torrents. I used to correct them and post the torrents, but I gave up because I wasn't a mod or anything and those posters don't listen to me ...
