Well it depends. Some say it's ran its course since Musashi ended, some say they're still together, and supposedly Ryoko-chan says they're just friends... Perfect tabloid fodder. :hehe:

No way! I think he looks EVEN MORE intensely insane with the Kojak look!!!! The one photo I saw of him bald, he was also wearing sunglasses. Sort of reminds me of the Robert De Niro "Taxi Driver" movie. I think he looks cool!

Interesting that you would mention De Niro, 'cause Shinnosuke seems to look intense all the time... The guy's gotta loosen up a bit.

I am wondering when and if now, whom is seeding the episodes? Man oh man do I love musashi. I've read the book by Eiji Yoshikawa and also his other books. Like Taiko ( Monkey.. Hideyoshi.. is the bomb hehe and Nobunaga oh wow) and 5 rings. I am building another comp with 120gig od HD space and want to start a torrent. I am thinking of something like Fuedal times as the title of the torrent. Let me know if anyone can help out.

Rarely will you ever see taiga dramas being seeded anywhere. Not because they're taiga dramas, but because of the number of episodes involved (avg. 49 episodes). Something of that size would be major p2p hell.

As for Musashi in particular, they're being posted on the Usenet newsgroups (no URL - none exist). However, you're about a year late because they're already up to episode 42.

Your best bet would be to find someone who either recorded Musashi, or have downloaded all the episodes off the newsgroups. With that, I'd suggest posting in the Buy/Sell/Trade thread asking for a trade with someone. Don't ask me, though... I have the series, but I'm not about to sit down and burn 49 VCDs for a trade.

I don't think he's intense 24/7. He's just intense when he's acting or in his pics. It's a Kabuki thing, the actors are trained (hard trained) to be intense. I saw him in '02 Kohaku Utagassen and he looked more chilled, relaxed. And Ryoko said in a interview he's a very funny guy.
