I actually met Oshio Manabu once. He went to my friend's Japanese school here in orange county, CA a couple of years. He was actually good friends with my friend. He didn't seem like the person who would be an actor when I met him.

Woah what happened to Takenouchi, he's not even a lead anymore in 'his' latest drama?? I know his dramas have hovered around the 10 % for a while now when it comes to ratings, but this is a little surprising... hope it's only a one time occurence...
Regardin Umizaru tv series, is it a sequel to the movie or just an extended from the original movie (remake). Also the sequel movie, either to the series or the movie? I'm getting confused. Anyway Ai Kato still in the project :woot:

btw.. just as curiosity Matsuda Shota is the second son of Yusaku Matsuda (one of the greatest actors in japan) and the brother of the amazing Ryuhei Matsuda( gohatto, Aoi haru, 9 souls.etc..).
