I want to recommend a a manga blog I love -

SAME HAT! SAME HAT!

It's run by two very nice guys, who describe their blog thus -

"Weekly manga commentary, featuring horror, gag & erotic-grotesque nonsense: check out the archives for older scanlations and original webcomics!"

is there actually a story to Bleach??? gawd, it's all battles and new characters showing up...

and what is up with the villains having organs at the wrong place  . the newest one, actually has an arancar who can reproduce asexually, so the victim will eventually die after "giving birth"... through the mouth :bleh: . and some of the good guys are disgusting too.

well, it's about a maid named Emma who falls in love with the eldest son of
Jones; a very wealthy merchant middle class family. However, William's
family disapproves of him associating with people of the lower classes like
Emma.

The story is set in Victorian London at the end of the 19th century.

It doesn't look very Gothic, according to Wiki:

Looks more like something from Masterpiece Theater. ;)

any suggestions of things like Godchild. After I finish Angel Sancutary I would have read all of Kaori Yuki's work. She is an awsome writer.

Hmm kyon-kyon chan, Emma doesn't sound like my type of manga at all.
Mind you, I've never tried any historical manga, so I could be wrong. :D

I got some fab manga books for Christmas. I got volume two of Junji Ito's Uzumaki, which I've already read! It was great...I do think I prefer the Tomie stories, though.

Also got two more of Junko Mizuno's books - Cinderalla and Princess Mermaid. I loved Pure Trance, so I'm hopeful I'll like them.

I also got Dragon Head(volume 1), which I'm sure someone in this very thread recommended, but I'm too lazy to check right now. :hehe:
Anybody familiar with any of these?
