i had just got my copy of Waterboys 2.. and i havent start watching them yet.. the reason is.. i havent bought my copy of the first part.. just wondering, is it ok if dont watch the first one.. will it effect my understandings in anyway?

probably not, but there will for sure be references from the first season, as they did with the movie.

Really? I should watch the first one, but I could never picture Yamada doing such an odd thing, I don't think Ichihara enjoyed dancing either...but he was so cute in it...

I like Water Boys 2. I like the scene and the actor. THe role played by Ichihara was exciting. He can played the role very good.

It's one of my favourites...definitely worth watching. Not only the main character is sooooo cute, it has satomi-chan in it!!

i liked waterboys 1 more than waterboys 2... but i still like them both.

waterboys 1 seemed more lighthearted and funny... it was easy to follow, and all of the characters were easily likeable. it flowed nicely.

wateboys 2 was a heavier drama (still a comedy at many parts), and it gave a lot of attention to the other characters instead of staying focused on a select few. my youngest sister swears she's in love with ichihara hayato because of this series.
