Many of them are just not soo proper....like they cosplay, talk slang...don't have common sense..they just text and not have a life....I got annoyed with many of them....

always thought that japan was full of really well mannered people as well. if i were to live there, i'd be SO confused by all the formalities that i'll probably come off more rude than i indend to be!! that's what scares me about japan...

and i definately agree that america is full of rude people. but it's not just the states tho, it's becoming like that in canada. just not AS much. like in toronto, people are a lot more rude than people in ottawa, in my opinion, and i've become such a b*itch because of that!! well... sometimes. but i'm not saying all torontonians are bad!! :sweat:
