If Ueda has some French blood , it's probably a very little ! because it doesn't show ... and the name "wayne" is not a French name at all !! If he has an uncle named Wayne , I don't think he's French ... :hehe:

*loooool* But that's what I kinda like about him.

Wah, nobody believed me when I said Ueda is related to France *sad*.... ;)
Helen, I'm totally sure that this is true, I'm just not sure how. But if you want, I can search for that article.

Jimmy Mackey is not bilingual. I don't know why, I just thought he is. He's half american, right?!

And what the heck is happa???

Ueda is related to France ..hehehe.. I do believe that too. I read it somewhere. Maybe the Japanese blood is thicker than the white? :beaten:

Jimmy Mackey's father is American and he speaks both English and Japanese very fluently. So yes he is bilingual.

Happa is just a slang for Eurasian/Amerisian..

I hope it works. It's not the best quality file. But it gives a little clue of their English speaking abilities. At least in my opinion it does.

there seems to be a problem :puppydog:
it says: You have clicked on an invalid or stale link

Hey, how'd Jimmy Mackey get in here!

That boy is getting handsomer every day. Got some good fashion sense too! Dang, hapa boys are hot! :naughty:

Just finished eps 3 & 4 of Gokusen. Jin's character is actually pretty funny at times. I think I like his character better than Kame's. I didn't realize Hayami Mokomichi was that tall!

how tall is he actually? 180? 190? :P

btw about Jin`s character.. yes, it really seems to be a pretty funny character, it brings laughing into this jdorama.. and Kame`s cool/serious character is sort of bringing the romance out.. it`s like when you watch Kame/Ryu you ask what the heck is going on in his head? ok enough of this.. I just wanted to say, that I think I like Jin/Hayato better.. sad that they don`t show us more of him or of Kame/Ryu, lately they both seem to be always together

Icic, I never heard that word, thanks for explaining. I never stop learning something new.

Now here's the question what bilingual means to you. I think it's speaking two languages fluently without an accent. I speak english fluently and Japanese kinda fluently, but this doesn't make me bilingual or even trilingual.

Aw, I'd really like to hear Jimmy Mackey (is this his real name?) speak english. Or Kat-Tun of course too.

I second that! Everytime I'd see pics with Toma guys, they all look so short! Well, being tall is kind of a good thing since the two of them always look really good in any style that they wear!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO YOU TOO AKA! (Thanks for the pic! :woot: )

billingual means that you can excel to speaks more than just one languages.

Jimmy, speaks both English and Japanese meaning that he's bilingual. Well, the only way to hear him speaks English is watch Shonen Club. I dunno where you can d/l this show maybe someone here can help?
15 Feb 2005, 01:55 #315
Yeah, Jimmy is bilingual. He's spent quite a bit of time in American visiting relatives and can speak English fluently. Sugoi ne! :applaud:

BTW Aka, I love your new sig! Sho looks handsome in a suit doesn't he?
15 Feb 2005, 01:58 #316
I have January's Shounen Club, but Jimmy Mackey is only announcing the Juniors, so he doesn't speak much english to get an impression. But I believe you guys that he's bilingual. :)

BTW, how often every year do they make the Shounen Club. Cause I really liked the show, looking forward to the next one.
15 Feb 2005, 02:54 #317
Yes, if you can find an article where it's written that Ueda is half French , let me know ! I'd love to read it ! thanx ...

lol...I was just about to comment on that. I am a bit in a Sakurai Sho and Arashi phase at the moment. :bonk:
15 Feb 2005, 10:20 #319
you like my sig Meow, Rinrin? hehehe..the reason of putting that sig was because of Sho..*cough* oh well, you know that he's my favorite in Arashi.
Guys...with suit..*sigh*..hehehe..btw Sho can speak English too. He went to Belgium for three whole days alone and ate a lot there. I think it was during his break last year. Hmm..I like this guy because not only he's cute but also smart (graduated from Keio University..wwoo..)

Shonen Club I think that's showing in NHK at once at each month 'cause I got to see it only once at every month.
15 Feb 2005, 10:21 #320
Happy Valentines...it's today here.....didn't get anything...ha~but bilingual is pretty nice.....oh so you like Arashi, Meow? I'm into it now~
