How does my friend do it? She basically just doesn't eat or even think of eating something. I hardly saw her eat. Her height is 163-164 cm (i'm only 160 cm) so...imagine her with 40 kg of weight. She's around 43 now and she thought weighing 46 kg makes her FAT. Gosh..i hate that. :shakehead:

Yeah, Johnny boys are SUPER THIN..but they don't go on a diet..they're just too active and got so many things to do..plus..lack of sleeping. Not that healthy but it's part of their life..poor boys.

163-164 and weight 43kg. Gosh!!!! Do you know the singer from Taiwan, i think her name is Jolin, she's about 160 also and weighed 36kg, I called that insane. Is not healthy at all.

163-164 shoudl at least weigh 46-50kg, that's the ideal weight. Geez, i think I need to gain weight myself. hehehehe!!!! :naughty:

I agree that Jin is in perfect weight now. But hope that he can get some rest because recently he looks awful.

Yup...and it's natural that you gain a bit weight as you grow older. I said a a BIT but not overweight. I weigh around 48-49 kg..(they still call me Scrawny bone at the office..lol..I'm not on a diet..I'm under a lot of stress like those johnny boys..but different stress.)
