Jeanne, don't feel the pressure to lose weight because people around you is that weight. :patpat: Just don't stop eating ultimately, that's unhealthy. Maybe exercise too.

dont worry. I'm not losing weigh in unhealthy weighs. I'm just excersizing more than usual. well... I didnt really excersize before haha :mrgreen: plus i'm not losing that much... and i wont go anerexic cuz I luv food so much.
o yes.. that reminds me. I dont eat fast food anymore.... it disgusts me now

well... you know that supersize me video thing? it wasn that but this extra that was in the dvd. they put all this mcdonalds stuff in jars to see what they would look like after a while and fries like... lasted 10 months but looked like they were bought yesterday..... :bleh: so much preservatives! I dont really eat things w/ that alot. not good for me
