mcqueen, trained at central st martins, is rather theatrical...and his designs are saleable...i liked his earlier work...cant warm to the guy now, his student work placements r not well treated and i hear rumours...i prefer japenese designers like comme des garscon and yohji yamamoto i went to his exhibition that was amazing...

hahhah...yes he's just not my cup of tea...i saw this mtv show he done..it was his version of punked, cant rmb name the one ashton kutcher did..pranking celeb..well.. it was cringy!!! lame!!!! i was so awful..i just cant see why hes so popular....um...not all chinese guys are bad...i quite like daniel wu, andy lau, tony leung....

the ACT wasn't too bad. i usually SUCK at science, but it's common sense. so i don't think i did TOO bad. they just give you a reading, and then you get multiple choice. is ours a different format?? o well. i'm sure you'll do GREAT on it!! we'll be cheering for you on the forums!! hehheeee.

LOL! From what I heard, it's not hard... but too many damn tables and graphs so people weren't able to finish the section in time.

did i mention i am a fashion student... designers using unpaid student work placement is the norm...some designers r nice others arent...oooh i could name so many other designers who in my opinion are just as good or even better than mcqueen.....

yes i'm always baffled at why talentless ppl have so much limelight i guess its contacts/back stage..... twin annoy me!!! esp the one who acts alot and does it real annoying!!!!! come on Andy lau and tony leung are real oldies!! u know the leads in infernal affairs... lau tak wah, leung chiu wai....i like their acting and how yin(kakkoi) they are...

WOW! You're a fashion student? I have never met anyone who studies fashion (that is before you).

Andy Lau and that Leung guy are definitely talented. Andy can sing and act... dang... he's accomplished a lot in his 40 years of life.

its a lot of hard work but real rewarding!!! its something i chose to do and i enjoy it... no point doing a degree u have no interest in just because parents say its easier to get a job with (ha my parent wanted my to do business or accounting how boring)..do something u wanna do... so i did...i'm so glad i didnt chose something else!!!

you never said that!! that's soooooo cool. which uni you go to??i used to wanto be a fashion designer and start my own store, but i don't think i'd have enough patience or talent to do that. so maybe being a merchandiser, personal shopper(looks fun!) or fashion stylist would be best for me. i'm leaning most towards fashion stylist. i work with for a japanese fashion designer, she's so good at what she does. all my friends go, what're you gonna do with a major in east asian studies?? but this is just a stepping stone for me to get into fashion. hehheee... that's my goal. hahhaa. sorry for boring you guys.

those friggin twins are sooooo untalented!! there're so many celebrities out there who can't act/sing for their life, yet they're HUGE!! example: brittany spears. i cannot STAND her, or the other talentless RICH celebrities.
i really liked "dun lai gwun". she was good!! dead now... but had a nice voice. all my friends are like, you know HER but not the current celebrities?? i think older chinese celebrities are much better than the ones now. it's really depressing the "talent" we have now.......
