So do I... All that deep-fried Kushiage stuff would take it's toll in no time.
I guess that's where the beer comes in. :beaten:
When I ate the kushikatsu I was knocking back those beers as if they were bottles of water....but then again I drank even more when I ate yakitori in Umeda (part of Osaka). I think I drank like 9 beers, and my buddy had 3. :drink:
No wonder the bill was 18,000 Yen = 202 dollars US. :metaldevil:
Results: Spoiler — click to revealYakitori wins, 4-3... And SMAP guy goes hungry. :hehe:
Nice!
Yup...granted we ate a lot but the drinks are what really add to the bill. 12 beers that evening at 800 Yen a pop, 9600 Yen = 107 dollars US...that's over half the bill! :hehe:
Nobody ever said Japan was cheap, especially if you're there to pig out, drink your ass off, and party. :P
EDIT: Truth be told, I've spent 200 dollars at Shinsengumi eating and drinking with one of my buddies. :beaten:

I'm merely waiting for another wallet busting evening there...it depends on the company, truth be told. If I go with a girl...the bill is decidedly cheaper...if I go with one of my homeboys, forget it, destruction.
