Mods can only lock topics. They can't lock forums from access. They're as powerless as anyone else.

d-addicts and jdorama are linked on ruroshin's server so it probably is. Maybe we can file some sort of complaint to the authorities or something.

we have to be careful, so far 2 of my fav. forums got hacked last week and theyre all phpbb boards, and now this?? :(
