I will give my honest opinion *nods* I was intrigued by this one when I read that it was Fantasy/Horror.
I found it because of Moko but became more intrigued when I saw the genre so I'm hoping it will be interesting!

I watched 3 eps so far. The end of the 3rd ep did make me cry. I have a feeling this series will end sad.
Moko's character was heroic in the second episode, had a bit of a fangirl moment XD
It's intriguing to watch ame to yume no atoni because it made you. I wanna watch it to, so i can know the story behind that.
Moko is my hero :victory: :victory: :victory: OMG
How was Moko's acting??? can we see a very different acting of moko, does it showcase his talent more?
krsitine189 wrote:I didn't see it,:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
to complete the sentence
how it made you cry scrapped shinigami???
XDDD it wasn't Moko's character that made me cry, I'll write stuff in spoiler boxes for people who don't wanna see... Spoiler — click to reveal
The show made me cry at the end of the 3rd ep. Because basically the show is about a very close father and daughter. The father goes to Taiwan to catch this rare butterfly, but ends up falling down a hole. The next thin he knows he's back at home but he doesn't know how he got there. It's then that a psychic approaches him and tells him that he died.
Only people who are connected to his soul can see him.
It was at the end of ep 3 that he approached his good friend and told him the reason he couldn't return to work because he died in Taiwan and he proves it. It's a really sad and emotional scene it made me cry.
As for Moko's heroic moment XD. He is the son of the father's (Tomoharu's) friend and also childhood friend of the main girl (Ame). In the second ep Ame is approached by the ghost of a dead girl. The ghost makes Ame do things like steal or she'll hurt her friends and family. She evengoes as far as to make Ame setup a date with a 40 year old man. She meets him and he takes her to a hotel room (this is when Moko notices her walk by). She goes into the room with her and tells the man to take a shower. Except when she goes to run off with the money, the man jumps out. He tries to force himself on her but Moko ahs followed her and barges in and saves her. Whoooo go Moko :jumpie:
Phew so that's it. I'm gonna go watch ep 5 now anyhow cos I am quite enjoying it ^_^

First to answer the chemistry question...
I like him best with Aibu Saki in Regatta (and I like his relationship in that show with Matsuda Shota's character.)
I didn't have much of an opinion of the pairing in Brother Beat, I wasn't really fussed either way.
He was cool in Gokusen 2.
His best role (in my opinion in his shows I have seen so far) is in Densha Otoko I loved him as the younger brother he was so... so kakkoii XD
I ordered Ame to Yume no Atoni the other day so I'm looking forwards to seeing him in that.
I don't know whether to get Ronda and Tokyo Tower or not, anyone got any opinions? ^_^
woah! u really are a MOCO fan! I've only seen 2 and a half of his dramas... a half coz i only watched a few eps of Rondo... :hehe: he was really great in brother beat... playing the role of the "renegade/rebel" brother... i think "rebellious" characters with bad boy images suits him... oh, i BADLY wanted to watch Densha otoko ever since i found out he's in there... but can't find a decent copy around here... and regarding ame to yume no atoni... hmmm... so its a diff. moco in there eh? not the usual comdey/ action type of thing... i wanna see that too... sounds interesting... can u recommend a d/l site? :victory: RONDO is not my type of drama so i ddn't bother finishing it... just watched some eps coz i wanna see moco there.. BUT he's so Freakin gorgeous in there! esp. the hair... :bonk: nice! :victory:
enairra sorry, i didn't understand the instructions on his site so i didn't bother putting up an account... im contented with just staring at his pics there... :nut:
krsitine well, i just think they look good together regardless of the gap in their height... or maybe she's better off playing his sister... :naughty: YUKIE and MOCO? I dunno about that... sounds a little far fetched for me... i mean, yukie is pretty and she doesn't look THAT old for Moco... but... i just have this thing against "older women and younger guys" relationship... hehe... gomen... but maybe it'll work... :nut:
keyzer and all the newbies... HELLO!!! Welcome to moc0-chan's thread... enjoy your stay! we're all FRIENDS here ok! CIAO! :victory:
@RkoCenaHolic23 - Yus I like my Moko XDDDDDD once I have an actor I like I tend to go and find out what shows he/she has been in and I read up on them, any I'm interested in I then buy that's how I get most of my doramas, the others I get by reading peoples good comments of them here ^_^
Ame to Yume no Atoni was very good (if you watch it make sure you have tissues ready, for me it was 1 litre of tears all over again  ) It's a very underrated dorama so it's pretty hard to find! I couldn't see it to download with English subs so I ended up actually buying it (you can download it on d-addicts but I don't think there are any subs)
I loved him in Densha Otoko ^_^ as I said that was probably my favourite of his roles and yes he was very cool in Brother Beat XD we like the rebellious brothers (too be honest I really liked Tetsuji in that show too, lots of eye candy in BB XD).
So I shouldn't watch Rondo then? XD I don't wanna buy a show or download a show that I'm gonna fall asleep in XD, it didn't really sound my cup of tea, the only reason I was intrigued was cos of Moko :beaten: ha ha (I need to see pictures of his pretty hair... I shall have to go looking ^_^)
krsitine189 wrote: Scrapped what episode excite you and not make you cry??
He is so cute!!! :metaldevil: :metaldevil: :metaldevil:
You will be happy to know it was not because of Moko that I cried. Spoiler — click to reveal He is very much alive and well at the end and still very much in love with his childhood friend (And vice versa) Bless them, so cute!
It's the main girl's father that made me cry because he is in fact a ghost and has been dead for some time. When the main girl finds out the truth, he has to leave it's so sad
My favourite episode for Moko was Episode 7 (?) I think it was 7 anyway, Moko is very cool in it. (HE was very cool in episode 2 too but I already explained that)
Spoiler — click to reveal in episode 7 the main girl Ame gets possessed by this young woman who likes to possess women's bodies to get men. She possesses Ame because Ame likes Moko's character (Hokutou) and they are close. It's a really sweet episode between them. Because the possessed Ame admits that she likes Ho-Kun and when she asks how he feels he tells her he likes her too. When Ho-Kun realises she is possessed the ghost leaves Ame and tries to attack her with a knife. Ho-kun jumps in to save her and ends up getting cut in her place. Unfortunately for Ho-kun the unpossessed Ame doesn't remember the confession (and Ho-Kun is too slow to realise that Ame actually DOES like him back possessed or not) alas.
When Ho-Kun finds out that Ame's father is a ghost he goes out of his way to help him and Ame, he really is a very sweet guy in it
It's hard not to love Moko he always plays such cool characters ^_^
