Awesome costume, Wyn! I think if you had some long black or blood red fingernails it would've put it over the top. :twisted: And somehow the chalkboard costume idea seems a little tame in comparison...

Yeah.. but sadly it was just me wearing a nice looking striped green shirt with a dark jacket and light beige pants and decent shoes - it was a half-assed costume at best. Hey, at least I went out, I suppose. :shamefulcry:

OF course we dressed up. We were Enchanted Forest rejects and went as Prince Alarming and the Swamp Fairy, representing all the unappreciated slimy creatures. It was a blast! Partied all weekend. :victory:

Took hours to sew on all the snakes and lizards.
I used real foliage for the wings and bashed everyone near when I was on the dance floor. :hehe:

It was a hard night on the pumpkins though. :shakehead:

Yep, snakes and frogs and lizards everywhere and a couple in my hair too. The wings were originally ones for a grim reaper, hence the black, the foliage gave them that genuine swamp fairy feel. :hehe:
Yep we were glad it was the pumpkin that went down!

Ohhhhhhh yea! I think I knew that! This is only the second year I dressed up during my adult life. The kids have fun with it. I don't wear anything when I give out candy, tho.

Actually, this year we had a few kids turn up. But we had nothing for them..

I think the shops are trying to encourage people to celebrate Halloween here, to boost sales :grumble:
