What makes me happy?

Umm...

- Friends(50% of the time) and family(20 percent of the time)
- Karate
- When I pass a test I did not study for and actually get a good grade.
- Receiving praise from my peers.
- Anything that deals with Japan and the Japanese Language.
- Music
- Matsumoto Jun, Takuya Kimura, Johnny Depp, Vince Vaughn, Yampi, and countless others.
- Fellow jdorama.com posters
- A lot of other things... lol :woot:

A recent event I was really excited about was when I was in a Chinese buffet, and heard Utada Hikaru's "First Love" playing. I was so happy, since where I am from no one around here knows anything to do with JPOP except for the people who watch anime and think they know everything...bakas... Anyway I thought it was really cool and funny all at the same time, since they were playing a Japanese song at a Chinese restaurant. hehe :victory:

Lucky! Although it is not very funny, since Mitsuwa is Japanese... :banghead:

I hope you aren't trying to make fun of me for me being excited over simple things... :puppydog:

OMG!! I forgot this story!! I was walking by the chinese theater right? and there was this group of girls who was gushing over something in their video ipod.. i really didn't notice until one girl shrieked "Shingo is soo hot"

I did a double take thinking that.. "nahhhh"

Then an argument who's hotter between shingo and kimura ensued..

i'm like.. "wthell" actually more like "maji??"

Ok! :victory:

Yeah, I think it's cool, though, you know? I mean, for some reason I feel very proud that I know what kind of music it is. It's the same thing with seeing anime memorbilia in stores. Like walking in to Hot Topic and seeing an Inuyasha blanket, which I bought :victory:, it puts a smile on my face. lol I am suck a dork.

it's even more unusual hearing it on the radio (KCRW)... a non-asian one at that.
