That's pretty relaxing. Having that kind of relaxation can definitely bring some happiness, especially when things around you seem gloomy :victory:

Being able to have dinner with family and friends makes me happy. With everyone busy with classes and/or work, it's not often it happens, but when it does it's certainly a great time.

The fact that it's Friday and I finish my work in a few hours.

Taking a day off to go to the movies.... Like today. :victory: :woot:

When I experiment while cooking and it turns out delicious. And then of course, feeding it to someone and having THEM tell me it's delicious. :woot:

Just had a 60-minute massage last night. Everything was right about it.
