Exactly.

I can't imagine her doing a period piece... Like in a Taiga.

We had a tiny glimpse of that in Nodame Cantabile, episode 9...

But that was for comic effect.

It'd be really odd to hear "Gyabo!" in an NHK Taiga drama. :beaten:

Ya know, I noticed that as well. She doesn't seem like the kimono-wearing type. Still, that design is amazing.

I'm a huge fan of the kimono...I think it's the most spectacular form of clothing achieved by any culture...so, I was very pleased to find Juri-chan modeling these...and as wonderful as the ones she's wearing are, the most amazing I've seen yet (with the perfect model) is here..

I didn't, considering she wasn't supposed to be the main event. And when you think about, with Maki Yoko in the film as the female character, Juri-chan's character wasn't needed at all. So I think she was grand for the purpose she served. :)

OMG runpup!!! That is truly the most beautiful kimono I have ever seen! And no offense to Juri-chan, but I do think Ayase has the better body suited for a kimono. Gorgeous.

Beautiful Juri-chan photos :)

And Maki Yoko is in STMB? I never realised that. It's just moved up the list of things to watch to the top![/off-topic]

She and others from STMB have cameos in Udon... I almost expected to see the time machine as well. :beaten:

You should watch STMB before Udon... :)

After watching "Kagayaku Onna", I realized she is quite matured for her age. She is so hardworking and dare to try something different. (especially when she home stayed with the family at the farm) Different from any other kind of girls around her age.
She is really amazing and have good looks too. She is slowly becoming my idol. :hehe:

That's one of the reasons she's so fascinating... :smitten:
