Actually, it does. However it seems that MegaUpload's server has problems, and it takes a long time to connect.

I do have a problem - for some reason I'm only getting the audio, not the video, when I opened the file in WMP. Maybe it is using a codec I don't have.

I found a Windows codec pack in Download.com and installed it. It worked.
