EDIT: MU must be renaming the files for some reason... :headscratch:

I just renamed the files to filename.avi and everything works. :victory:

that's... strange. try changing them to .avi files and see if they can play? or maybe they didn't finish downloading right (my browser saves temporary or unfinished files as .part)
if all else fails, you could always try a different mirror....
