QUESTION - i hate to bring this sensitive subject up, but...how did Juri's mom pass away? :( does she have any siblings and is her father still around?

Unknown how her mom passed... I think her dad is still around and she has at least one sister, Mana (she mentioned it in Kagayaku Onna)....

i replayed that scene of the kiss a few times and it seemed he gave her a peck on the lips. she didnt turn her ahead off to the side. hehe, oh well. i'm still mad jealous :banghead:

It might be on the lips, but I would think a peck on the cheek was a more proper thing for Europeans to do... :)

I actually ran through that "kiss" part a couple times as well (show's you how jealous I am). And, I think he kisses Juri between the lips and her left cheek (not sure what the anatomical term for that is). :grumble:

BTW, damn Alex Shearer... he probably tried to get as close of a kiss on the lips as he could, knowing how pretty Juri is. Although, he is alot older than her and his wife was standing right there....so... perhaps not.

her mother died of liver cancer when she was in eigth grade. she's got two older sisters, the oldest is a DJ and Mana (second) is a singer. her father's still around, and i know his name but i can't remember...

Her eldest sister works in the Japanese Defense Force prior to becoming a DJ. Her father's name is Hiroyuki.

btw, right after that Juri could have been easily hit by that car driving by, she was walking in a daze side to side. she wasnt even paying attention or looking back. that's how deep that kiss moment affected her, haha.

was in that sanseido in torrance mitsuwa, they had Juri on "smart" magazine cover(i think that is the name of the mag), but not sure if you saw it already. that bookstore had more mag's as Asahiya, and where is the music? not much eh...and no more racequeen mag's....lol :bonk:
