Ueno Juri

This is my first post here and I must say: what a thread!

I recently stumbled upon and fell in love with Ueno Juri. That led me to this forum.

Thus far, I've seen Nodame Cantabile, Last Friends, Rainbow Song, Turtles..., Itsutsu no Kaban, & the documentary Kagayaku Onna.
I have yet to see Swing Girls and anything else I can get my hand on, so I look forward to more of her work.

Juri has such a wide range of acting ability, breathtaking beauty, and from what I can see, she seems to be quite a wonderful person. Who couldn't be encapsulated by her?!

Anyway, it's good to see she has lots of dedicated fans. Keep it up!

:woot:

P.S. - I wonder how many other Irish people are into Ueno Juri like I am...

Yatta, another Juri-chan fan! :woot:

Welcome and enjoy your time here! :victory:

Cheers!

^ Wow, she looks so different... No signs of Nodame here, just pure sophistication. :inlove:

Although I miss her "tomboyness" her recent photos blow me away :smitten:

EDIT: actually when I saw this photos I almost forgot my dinner in the oven :beaten:

This is all about her Go aura... We all know how great she is at assimilating a role... :victory:

^^ yeah, I've noticed too how she absorbs her roles :inlove:

Wobbly translation of the stuff at the bottom of the page:
"Q. Waht about Ms Ueno and work?"
(in handwriting) "Gentle toward others, hard on myself - Ueno Juri"

That's the typical credo of a perfectionist and one dedicated to their work. :victory: :applaud:
