EDIT: vege-okonomiyaki over at D-Addicts enlightened me on these CMs:

They shot these in Auckland, New Zealand - you can see landmarks in the Making video. The CM with the traffic violation is the Britomart Transport Centre, and the bar is The Muddy Farmer. There's a sign that says Cheshire St in the CM with the kids. (I got suspicious when I heard accents that sounded Aussie or Kiwi.)
