i did the timeline for some chinese subs a million years back, they were simp chinese tho. maybe that's the problem?

if so, try opening the sub files as txt, use ms word to convert, and copy them back.

yes yes, I found out someone took your file and converted to Trad, maybe that's the prob. Anyway, I manually scroll through those as a txt file and sat through the movie.

I'll do anything....

If there are thing u need help, I'll give it a try, proof reading should be OK. :sweat:
