So cute last year! I just realized it's also the Ruka hair color that makes a big difference as to how she looks. I love the contrast of her skin to her hair as part of her image.. it's different with the medium red brown Ruka hair.

Btw, finished watching Orange days yesterday. Loved Juri chan's role as Shohei's sister (short but really good). It had some Nodame (maybe not exact) moments (like when Akane comes to visit their place). :hehe:

Really? I thought it was quite different from the Nodame role. More serious, alot less screen time, and just not as great. It was kinda a small part.

It was a small role alright. The part which had a small Nodame touch was when Akane comes to visit their place. Or maybe, I just felt so. :crazy:

I wonder what happens to her character in that drama though! :google:

Hmm, that wallpaper looks familiar...

BTW, you need to adjust the aspect ratio: Juri-chan's face isn't that round.

I wanted a wallpaper with 16:10 aspect ratio (1680x1050 resolution). Coudn't find any and so used that image. That made the face stretch and made it more round :doh:

If you're going to stretch it to fit, then you can't maintain the correct aspect ratio... Or you'll have to give up something in height (1680x1260) or width (1400x1050) to keep the correct aspect ratio... :)

Instead of stretching an existing image, you can create a blank image (canvas) of the desired dimensions. Change the size of the image required, by enlarging or reducing while keeping the aspect ratio, so that the height matches the height of the canvas. Then copy the changed image on to the canvas.
