Times like this where I miss Stage6 for its HD Juri (and others) stuff. There were even clips that were Blu-ray quality (720p).

Most probably your ISP would be throttling the upload speeds and not giving you 1:1 dl/ul ratio (5:1 maybe in ur case).

It's almost always that your upload limit is far lower than your download bandwidth limit. Usually, it's a 5 to 1 or 3 to 1 ratio. As a normal internet user, there should be no need for you to upload that much data... so they figure they'll allocate more bandwidth for incoming data than outgoing. You still need a certain amount of upload bandwidth to support the IP packet infrastructure (downloaded packets need responses before more is sent)
