Ueno Juri

Well, I guess that was everyone's reaction to that movie. It's really disturbing but in a funny way. xD I can't help but laugh when weird thú‹gs happen in that movie. But I gotta agree with everyone that the CG was horrible. Especially the gigantic Juri. xD The dog wasn't that bad though. I thought it was cute....I just wished he had pupils instead of blank white eyeballs. xD :mrgreen:

The only thing that I liked in the movie was the kick a$$ Juri chan action! Rest of it was pretty much forgettable!

*waves* Well, my first post here~ Been mostly lurking at d-addict's Juri thread but it's been too quiet there...So, yeah, thought I'd spread my roots a little. Hehehe, yoroshiku~ ^^

I didn't come empty handed of course. I just softsubbed the Chichinpuipui interview. The one at the cat cafe with Juri and Koizumi Kyoko. Has some pretty cute and funny moments so check it out.

The video can be downloaded here.

Also translated a pretty interesting interview with Juri on the recent Nikkei Entertainment. All I can say is that it just increased my love and admiration for her~ <3
Because I wanted to protect this character named Ruka, I fought

By size you mean <200kb? Mine is only 46.3kb...Obviously can't use those gif ones here...^^;

The avatar and sig combines have to be less than 200KB AND the avatar cannot be wider than 150 pixles and the signature no larger than 500 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall...

Exceeding those maximums will prompt a moderator to remove them... :sweat:

Looks like Juri-chan's staring down the cat... LOL. :hehe:

As long as she doesn't go overboard with it... Her Ruka look was more than a bit unsettling at times. :sweat:

Nah, it was for the series. But which look don't you like exactly? How about a screenshot? :dancing:

It was just too boyish for me... I mean yeah, it was the character she played, but still.... :sweat:

:muack:

Official Juri report about the win translated

MTV Japan will air the full show on the 20th of September but you can just watch the Jijipana news clip since it had pretty much most of her acceptance speech. Particularly amusing is the song that was played when she went on stage. Kate Perry's I Kissed A Girl...LOL~ :mrgreen:

^Yuuki wrote:Fixed the height. Hope it's ok now~ ^^

Not entirely: the 150 pixel height includes any text, so your signature is still over the limit unless you remove the text....

Gomen. :sweat:

Geh. Fixed again~ ^^;

Juri went straight for the food and had quite a big dinner. Heheh. So after stalking Juri and secretly taking pictures...the blogger gather her courage and went and ask permission to say hi...Juri said ok straight away. The blogger said that Juri was wearing quite 'rough clothing' aka casual wear and was quite ’j‘O hehe. Literally means handsome but I think it mostly refers to her casual and cool mannerism. As for the 2 bijins beside Juri, no idea who they are but I envy for being able to eat on the same table as Juri. Lol~

LOL, sounds like Juri-chan has a Nodame-like appetite. :mrgreen: :victory:

There isn't a morsel of food out there to match her.
