ok looking through the magazine, the third guy in the top row from the left, is not in NEWS anymore, or atleast I don't see him at all, becuase I continuously count 8 not 9...

You might want to check out a thread solely on NEWS which is buried somewhere in the forum. Either that or try flipping back a few pages and you'll know that the group is actually newly formed. It's only been less than a year or so that the debuted. So i'm sure that the picture...is probably a year old.
