just finished ep11
a veryvery cool dorama, really2 unrealistic, but hey, that's why people watch movies, right?
love the soundtrack :woot: :woot
i think B.O.N did an excellent job, it must be hard to translate all those medical jargon and giving details of the meaning so regular people would follow up the conversation. I feel a bit pity to the non medical people who understand japanese and watch it without sub :hehe:

Finished up the series, ended up agreeing the first season was better but still was enjoyable in the very least.

At the end, where Asada walks into a guy which you don't see when he is in America, do you think there's gonna be a season 3?

Unfortunately I don't think that Iryu 2 drew as much as they had hoped with the behemoth Galileo stealing most of the thunder. At most, I'd give them a 2-night SP in the future maybe, but there's not really enough to warrant a 3rd season IMHO.
Really like Iryu1 and 2. Great dorama!
one of my fave dorama of all time. both 1 and 2 are fantastic. i'm hoping for a 3rd series!!!
anyway, series 2 was driven more towards hospital administration. somehow or rather, i prefer series 1 because it was very clinical.
but nevertheless, both Iryu shows are wonderful!! big fan of asada! :dancing: :dancing:

Agree with reira..
Season 2 is only about hospital, site visit, and win-win stuffs, though..
But I love the dragon rise and ONE!
Still good job Kenji, I prefer this season from the last because of many tear-jerking scenes ^^v

this drama stole my heart for watching Code Blue at the moment. The suspense is addictive and i just cant get enough of it. Asada is super idol!!
I suggest that anybody watch code blue should watch iryu first.
doesn't yamapi try to stole asada's coolness to code blue?

i agree to the highest level
Aizawa is apprently the best among those 4 but he is still no match to "Batista" boy Asada Ryutaro.. haha.. Plus, he overdid his coolness, much more of a cocky to me. Bet he cant just operate a person using an unsterilized knife and drity hands, or poking a ballpen on someone's chest.
^^
Like i said above, this is my fave medical drama so far (i still have to finish other drama with the same genre). Nevertheless, it never failed me to keep me glued to my seat. There some comments that the ending are predictable, but the twists and the adrenaline is something you will be looking out for. Sakaguchi Kenji proved enough that he could look like a real doctor, same as the a scenes where medical jargons are explained to those who totally have no idea. And check out other casts like Arase and Fujiyoshi --they never fail to impress. At some point, the reality in this drama is balanced by Koike Teppei's role, Ijyuuin. Better check them out.
Iryu season 2 is more of hospital management. But for me, this season prves that geniuses come in weird packages. The first season concentrated on Batista surgery --so you will be expecting alot more in second season. as they say "if you enjoyed Iryu 1, in this season you will too" Alot of fans are screaming for a third season.
recommended to: everyone. Kenji-san is hot, Teppei is cute -its "win-win"
not recommended to: those who doesnt care

I'm actually quite excited for the 3rd season. :)
That's great news! :metaldevil: It's my favourite medical drama series. Sorry Shiroi Kyoto, you're great but Iryu does a better job of entertaining.
yay! Iryu 3!! cant wait for Fall Season...
