Nodame Cantabile

I loved this jdrama since the first time I saw it. Not only because the hot guy, I started to get interest on it because of the funny girl. She seemed so natural and unique that I just couldn't let it go.
From time to time I use to hear the music and watch some episode. I really hope you enjoyed it too :D

Yup, she really got into the role... Like she really was Nodame :)

that's what i like about this drama too. ueno juri and tamaki hiroshi were really into their respective roles i can't think of anybody else acting those parts.

Ueno, who stars in the Fuji TV drama “Nodame Cantabile,” is another relatively new face. She was once spotted on a date at a Korean restaurant in Daikanyama with the popular comedian Shingo Fujimori of Oriental Radio, but now word has gotten around that she is having a “special relationship” with actor Hiroshi Tamaki, her co-star in the Fuji TV drama.

“They are always together on or off camera,” one crew member said. “There is also a rumor that she had asked the producer of the drama to create an episode in which she would have a kissing scene with Tamaki.”

She has a good reputation as an actress. “She is not particularly beautiful nor does she stand out from the rest in any way,” said Masahiro Kitagawa, a drama critic. “But when the camera is rolling, she shines.” She is known to confront staff at times and is also known to talk very casually even to directors, but it is often positively perceived as “enthusiasm and desire to create a good program,” according to her agent.

If Ueno is known to be tough, Horikita is said to be mellow. She was put under the spotlight in the movie “Always Sanchome No Yuhi.” She is currently playing the heroine in the TBS drama “Teppan Shojo Akane!” “This is different from her previous work,” said Kitagawa. “She plays an active role and I would like to give her credit for the challenge, but her beautiful face isn’t shown as much. So the program's rating is quite low.” Currently she is hooked on being healthy. Everyday she drinks a cup of green juice and milk mix. It doesn’t sound too appealing in any regard, but “it has become her daily routine for the past two months,” her agency said.
