I don't remember this either.. The part where she's looking at his feet is right after he says it's okay if she stays with him.. then you see her tied up on the sofa while he's on the bed, doing his foot thing.

You're not, but you've got the chronology wrong: the scene you're talking about is after her concert in the castle... She has a camera and is taking pictures of his legs in his Mozart gear... :sweat:

That's the only reason how I found she had a fetish in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it either.

Namagoroshi is a word that a "man" often says in front of a (sleeping) woman he can't even touch though he really wants to do...ah..."things". So in this scene, man & woman relationship is totally opposite! :hehe:

Ahh.. yes, now I remember the subber comment. I think the parenthetical makes it somewhat less agregious. I think, in some cases, clarifying remarks can make all the difference - there are some cultural concepts in animes and dramas that I'd never understand if the subber didn't take the time to expound

Agreed, but that wasn't a clarification or explanation as it was more of a opinion/joke (the "LOL")....

Either way, I think she prolly DOES have a foot fetish, and I think it's hilarious, but you can chop that up to my own interpretation.

Heh, I remember Siantut's little comment, but with the parentheses I figured it was her little thing.

Still, with that little scene with Nodame tied up it's either a strong implication that Nodame has a foot fetish, or Chiaki has strong foot odor :victory:
