The conclusion of the Nodame series, Nodame Cantabile the final score part 2 will be released on Blu-Ray & DVD on October 8th.

Nodame Cantabile the final score part 2 was focused on the growth of Nodame as a pianist, and the love between Nodame and Shinichi.

The Blu-Ray & DVD of part 1 was released on June 4th, and sold 100,000 copies already. Due to itfs success, they will also release a special edition which will include special video footage.

Make sure it's the DVD and not the Blu-Ray: remember what deseipher found out when he bought the Blu-Ray... :sweat:

It's a rip-off that the Blu-Ray version doesn't have everything the DVD version has... :sweat:

Guess I will wait for this Special Edition DVD, which will of course contain even more content than the Blu-Ray version because we all know there's no way all that extra stuff can fit on a Blu-Ray disc... :shakehead:

October 8th seems like a long time from now, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I do need to watch the last season of the anime, so that can keep me occupied until the movie comes out, which I will be buying on DVD :sweat:

You should... With each successive season, the anime has impressed me more and more... Even the J-pop opening music for Season 2 (Paris Hen) and 3 (Finale) are catchy. :)

Actually I just bought the Nodame Cantabile: The Final Score - Part I (2009) ~
But, I don't know, is it just me, or the story line kind of messy?
I really excited to watch but in the end, it's kind of frustrating.
I guess because there is Part II, that's why the part 1 have a lot of flashback.
