I have the longer version with talks before YUI sings JAM.

Can anyone help me translate what they are talking so funny
that made YUI-chan laugh many times.
(which I consider rarely from her appearances in front of crowd)

Thank you in advance for your help.

Yui is so cute!~
Translation
After they greeted each other,
Hamada: Now that she has spoken, it seems like she has an accent.
Matsumoto: Which prefecture are you from?
Yui: Fukuoka.
Matsumoto: I see. Fukuoka. It seems that it's just been a short while since you came to Tokyo, right?
Yui: Yes, about three years...
Matsumoto: That's not a short while!
*laughs*

Matsumoto: I met her just now at the toilet, before the show started. We were doing what we needed to do.
*laughs*

Hamada: So, this is your first time appearing on this show. There have been many concerns raised on whether you'll be all right.
Yui: Yes, I'm perfectly all right.
Hamada: Just that? It seems that they were just paranoid. Damn it!
*laughs*

Matsumoto: So are you nervous right now?
Hamada: Not so much?
Yui: No, I'm really quite nervous now.
Matsumoto: I see. I heard that you're really good at backflips.
Yui: Surprisingly, I'm...
Hamada: You're good at it?
Yui: I can't do backflips at all.
*the music starts for her to do the backflip*
Yui can't do backflips for nuts.
Matsumoto: All right, AI will do it in place of her!

Then after Yui leaves, they were talking about how cute she was when she was forced to do the backflips, which she didn't do eventually.

Thank your very much for your translations.
I think it is not quite often to see YUI-chan laugh so openly.
And I just notice that her teeth are quite sharp too.
