My wife and I drove down from Indianapolis to see them in Cincinnati. It was an awesome show. We got there early and got to be at the very front. Sweet. Definitely two thumbs up.
wow...that's dedication! glad you had a good time....made the journey worth it, i'm sure. :)
Yup it sure was worth it. In fact when I was trying to decide what topic to base my first website on a few months ago I think that concert helped put Puffy over the top.
Hey did anyone know that Yumi Yoshimura has been in several horror movies?
Her latest is called gThe Neighbor No. 13.h Here is a screenshot:
Here is my interview with Ami and Yumi from a few months ago. I've been a big fan of them since their debut and nearly every year since their debut in 2000, I have been able to have an interview with them nearly every year. This one, I wanted to focus on the ten years since their debut, so here you go:
Yumi and her boyfriend Nao Omori are in a new Japanese movie called gLove Death.h
Here's is a little screenshot from the movie from the Puffy AmiYumi World Forum:
To commemorate 25 years since their debut, PUFFY will be releasing a new album called "THE PUFFY" on September 22nd.
PUFFY made their debut in May of 1996 with the single "Asia no Junshin" produced by Tamio Okuda. This will be their first original album since "Thank You!", which was released in March of 2011. It will include "Susume Nonsense," which was used as the ending theme for anime 'Chibi Maruko-chan,' their latest song "Pathfinder," and other brand new songs.
