Riko Narumi takes on first voice acting role

Teen actress Riko Narumi will take on her first voice acting role for the Japanese dub of the fantasy film "The Golden Compass." The movie, based on the first book in Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy, is directed by Chris Weitz and stars Dakota Blue Richards, Nicole Kidman, and Daniel Craig.

For the Japanese version, Narumi will voice the heroine Lyra (played by Richards).

The movie opens on December 5 in the U.S. and on March 1 in Japan.

^ This was a great movie, a girl/long distance version of Nobuta. Riko-chan was sooo good!

I'll be subbing this movie (How to Become Myself) when timing comes out.

I like Chronicles of Narnia better but I'm not sure if they even compare =\

OOTP: yep.. Narnia is better of course.. but Harry Potter is even better..

ive watched How To Become Myself movie 3 times already.. so yeah it's not that good.. :hehe:

anyway im fine buddy.. same as usual.. :)

3 times!? that's crazy! I've never watched a movie 3 times if it wasn't that good. However this one has Riko in it :naughty:

Anyways, I just finished watching it. These self-identity movies creep me out. These "young" kids think way to hard. Just do what they do instead of thinking about this stuff. On the end they basically realized that they're the same person no matter what they did. So they're back at square one :crazy: Anyways, Riko was awesome in the movie. She was sooo pretty and kawaii! Made me want to hug the laptop haha I guess that's why you watched it 3 times.. She's just way too good looking to be normal.

no i meant to say is it's the opposite.. good.. ;)

Riko is the only thing the movie is worth watching.. she carries the whole story.. unlike the other girl (dont know her name).. her acting is a little bit weak.. :sweat:
