Masaki Okada and Ayame Gouriki were both great in this drama and the concept was very fun and interesting. I enjoyed the drama for the most part. It is kind of a survival battle story like Battle Royale with a twist and much less gore of course. Mix that in with the Matrix and you have Future Diary Another World.

I enjoyed each episode but I wanted a stronger ending that is what really brought it down for me.

This drama starts off pretty fun then seems to start to drag around episode 4 and 5 as things start to become too redundant but if you hang in there you will be rewarded as it takes off again.

Shota Matsuda does a great job as Dr. Kota Sezaki who falls in love with a new girl every episode and Emi Takei as Nurse Mako Togami is perfect for the part of someone who is able to keep Dr Kota in line.

A good cast in a fun series.

I just kind of randomly watched this drama and after I figured out what it was I was already enjoying it. I think if I simply read the story I would not have started watching it which would have been my loss.

The cast is good, the story is silly, the acting is over the top but still I looked forward to each episode despite the fact I am a guy and this is clearly a girls show it was fun to see much to my surprise.

If you like goofy shows that are meant to be over the top this is a pretty good one. The cast is good based on what they are given and though it is similar to at least 10 other drama's about a family that is poor with money but rich with love this one does differentiate itself by having fun. The drama does get better each episode if you stick with it. If you like over the top drama's give it a shot. I enjoyed it. That being said it certainly won't be in my top 20 list.

A Police show that focuses on a small team of of detectives assigned to cold cases. Each detective seems to have a little baggage and personal history that is tied in with the crimes they are assigned. I Enjoyed this drama. The acting was fine though I hoped for a little more depth in some of the characters. Aya Ueto played the rookie roll and did an admiral job of it and the stories were all very interesting. Worth checking out though it failed to really wow me for some reason.

Though at times it seems a bit absurd and out there it really is a wonderful drama on so many levels. The cast is terrific. A lot of familiar faces are present in this drama. The drama takes place both in the Edo period and present and deals with Medicine, Time and Space theory, Love, Friendship, Politics and more. I do not care for medicine based Dr. drama's but this is different. I really enjoyed it so if you are like me and not a huge fan of Doctor shows don't let that fact alone keep you away from this interesting and entertaining drama.

Just as good as the first season and in some ways a little better as we can see additional sides of some characters. The first episode was a bit slow to me and I had doubted I would enjoy the series as much as I did but luckily I stuck with it and it just kept getting better.

This was a very fun drama. It is nothing you can take seriously so just sit back relax and enjoy the funny food based detective story unfold. I would have given it a 10 but the end was a bit of a let down.

The plot was of course a bit ridiculous but that is okay I don't mind that as long as I know it going into the drama. I like Maki-san so I watched this drama. I found parts to be charming and endearing and others to be tedious and monotonous.

It was really and up and down experience seeing this drama. I really enjoyed it then I would get bored by some of the over acting and ridiculous actions of some of the characters. I really have mixed feelings about this drama. I would say see it if you must but in my opinion there are countless better drama's.

Eiko Koike and Uchiyama Rina rocked this drama. Really showed the rivalries and back-fighting among the Ooku so interestingly. I think if you are interested in Historical drama's this is a must see.

This was kind of a fun drama but not really so great. I like Itoh Misaki and the rest of the cast but this drama never really made a serious attempt to be good. The story line was loose and moments that could have been dramatic, funny or exciting simply never really came together like they should have. Still worth seeing if you have free time.

I love Fujiwara Norika and I love the story at least when it was done in GTO but this really did not have the humor or passion of the previous mentioned GTO. I found it a lacking that special chemistry among cast.

Wow this is an amazing drama. Such fantastic acting from all the cast. Itaya Yuka was especially amazing in this. I was not sure if I wanted to continue after watching the first episode because I could not imagine that after such drama in the first episode that they could maintain a decent story line for the remaining episodes and honestly I was not sure I could take much more as it was so moving and sad but I hung in and it was amazing. A little slow at points and they could have done this in less episodes but I loved it.

This is the kind of drama you do not just watch to pass time. It really makes you think and look at the world a little different. Bravo.

I found it to be a bit of a formula driven and predictable but inspirational High School drama. I thought the cast was enjoyable and it actually made me see rowing in a new way. I liked that about this drama. I was happy I watched it but can't say it was an amazing drama.

This was creepy and cool. I liked it better than the movie. A different set of events but well worth seeing even if you saw other versions.

Well I liked this drama but there were parts that just kind of frustrated me and got on my nerves. I could not understand their behavior and wanted to smack some sense into them. haha But I did find some good laughs in this drama and found it enjoyable overall.

Nothing exciting. It was pleasant to watch and safe. There just was not much going on. It is good to watch if you are just looking for something mellow.

This was one of the first dramas I watched. It was a really fun story with adorable kids. I can't believe it seems not many have seen it.

I really enjoyed the unique point of view portrayed in Tenchijin. This is such an interesting period of Japanese history and looking at it from different angles is a great way to inspire new thinking. The acting was great as can be expected.

The OL are just too funny not to see again. The start of the drama was a little slow for me but i got into it pretty quickly after that. Awesome and funny.

I was so impressed by this drama. I knew it was something special from the first episode. A very moving story full of friendship, love, sadness, and hope.

I have to say I found this to be good but not great. Though the acting was of course wonderful and the cast was talented the story was uneven and at times it dragged along. Most everyone knows of Shinsengumi and they did their best to show them in a new way I found it a little disappointing based on my expectations. If you watch it with lower expectations you may enjoy it more.

One of the best Taiga dramas that I have seen. As always an amazing cast but the way the story was woven together was simply perfect.

The cast was talented but I just could not get into this drama. I follow politics but just was not impacted by this drama very much.

The cast was enjoyable and the story was nice. I would not say it is a show you should rush out and see but if you have the time it is an enjoyable and light hearted show.

Okay this is really a dorky show about a cellphone and his "Buddy" but it was just so fun. I can't help but like this show. If you like old Godzilla and Ultraman kind of stuff this is a great show for you. If you thought they were horrible and hated them then don't bother with this.

I really liked this drama. Kanno Miho was awesome as the very off lead character. I really wanted more and more as I watched this which is always a good sign. I tend to like eccentric people so this was well suited to my taste.

Could have been good but it simply was not. I tried to like it and it had moments but it never connected. It is kind of a waste of time but if you have time to kill and have seen everything else go for it and make up your own mind.

I found the slow nature of this drama really well done. It left me feeling content and peaceful and I really loved the performances in this drama. Don't expect any major developments or thrills though there are some events it's really not a show that relies on them to keep your interest. I also have to say the soundtrack was perfect for this I loved the theme song especially.

This is an outstanding drama with a wonderfully talented cast. I really felt it captured the essence of true friendship. A group of friends who remained friends through good and bad times.

This is really a cheesy drama but it is soooo fun. Expect sub-par acting and absurd situations. It is just a drama for pure fun. I have seen it a couple times and as I enjoy this kind of humor it was good to me but I can see many people not liking this.

I enjoyed this drama. I never saw the Korean version so I can't compare and contrast I can only go off of this drama. I thought it was a bit predictable and the ending was not all I had hoped but the characters were interesting and the journey was fun.

Horikita Maki was so cute in this. It is a little silly but really fun. I found the story line to be a bit inconsistent and unbelievable but it was still enjoyable. Really it is an excuse to see yummy food and a cute actress.

Though the acting is a bit over the top it is meant to be. It really is a fun drama. Don't expect to use your brain just your lungs to laugh and cheer with. Kintaro fights for the everyman. Gotta love it.

I really enjoyed the performance of Harada Natsuki. This was a refreshing series and had a lot of pleasant moments and a great theme song. I felt the story got shifted a few times in the middle and end. It was as if a new writer suddenly decided to change the plot at random a couple of times. This annoyed me a little and destroyed the tempo of the show but it was still good.

I had actually put off seeing this for a while but when I did watch it I loved it. Great story and rich characters. Well worth seeing again.

Kochira Hon Ikegami remains just as good as the other seasons in my opinion and is still very enjoyable. I had hoped they would do a season 5.

The cast changed a tiny bit but most of the main people are still around and the tempo of the show remained the same. More goofy fun.

Pretty much the same as season 1. Good innocent cheesy fun. A light hearted show.

Kind of a typical family drama. The cast was fun it is a Police Story but Police detective work has little to do with the show. It is mostly about people and community. Each episode has a message and teaches values. The cast is good and stories are simple. An enjoyable show.

Really this drama was pretty disturbing but it is the kind of drama that once you see you will feel a great impact on you. For that reason alone it is worth seeing. Kanno Miho and Kawashima Naomi were simply amazing in this. Bravo!

This was a fun drama of a woman on a journey and the people and lives that she touches along the way. Though their are some other side stories they are not well developed or important. I found this very enjoyable to watch. It is not a must see right now kind of drama but worth checking out when you have the opportunity.

The cast in this historical drama was awesome. It shows the lives of two sisters as they are separated by war and poverty. The story is very moving and touches on topics not spoken of often.

This drama was better than I expected. Though not much is really known about the real life man the story is based on they do a convincing job of making him seem larger than life. Well acted and as always beautifully shot as you expect with an NHK Taiga.

A pleasant drama. I wanted a little more romance than what was in the show but I enjoyed it enough. I ended up seeing it twice actually and it's decent enough.

Kikukawa Rei was awesome. I liked this every bit as much as the movie which I enjoyed. The story held up well and kept a good pace. I thought it was thrilling and entertaining. Great for Horror/Sci-Fi genre fans.

This drama is another memorable classic. I can't say that it is very exciting but it is good and Miki Imai was wonderful in this. I recommend it as a good drama for a mellow mood.

Though it is a bit unlikely I really enjoyed this story. It can be a bit slow but not terribly so and the cast is delightful. I really pulled for them to become a couple.

This drama is worth watching but not very exciting. I think it could have been so much better working with the great cast they had. The story was okay it just did not delve into characters enough.

Miyazaki Aoi was the star of this Taiga and she did a wonderful job. I can't say it was a thrilling taiga drama but it was interesting and I enjoyed it. I really learned a lot from this drama about Atsuhime and personal research inspired by the drama.
