Is it just me or is this reminiscent of The Talented Mr. Ripley? When I read the plotline, that's exactly what I thought of. Maybe without the homoerotic aspect. Anyway, the ppl in the jdorama look nice, though the acting is not much.

Nanako is just a beautiful actress, undeniably. However, she has to hold up this gold-digger stereotype that seems kinda forced quickly into the story, and then she just has to keep putting it up. Also, doesn't seem like she has much chemistry with the main guy.

Bumped up the rating by one just because i love the soundtrack.

cute, light-hearted, though weird sometimes. i'm not a big fan of tomoko either.

story kinda drags on... it's like i had to watch it to the end, because i want to know what happens, but didn't really enjoy it all that much.

As much as I love takeshi, this drama is overly dramatic and gets boring quick. plus it is not very believable thus does not draw you into the plotline.
