Hmmmmm... next on my list is Good Luck!. My brother has seen it and said it was the best Kimura drama he has seen to date. Let's hope that's saying something... _________________

I dunno if it's the best, (better than Long Vacation no way!) quick heads up, I think you'll be impressed with Hitomi Kuroki as the head flight attendant

Good Luck!?? I guess that was the first Kimura drama that I really didn't like. I felt like Kimura just walked through it.
For me, there was just no there, there.
On to a happier subject:
I'm still watching "Himitsu no Hanazone". I'm up to episode 7, and so far I haven't hit the fast forward button once. (Knock wood). Heck, I don't even fast forward through the opening credits! And that's a darned positive endorsement for me.
The story isn't that original, but it's entertaining so far. And the supporting characters are terrific. Masato Sakai is doing a great job with a much bigger part than he usually gets.
And holy smoke! Miki Maya is darned near stealing the show playing Shaku's goofy, love lorn, ex-boss. I had no idea she could pull this sort of part off. I've seen her in 2 or 3 other shows before, and I've never really liked her. But in this... she's a jewel!
The key figure, of course, is Yumiko Shaku. I'd love to say that I'd be happy watching her in anything she did... but her turn in Kiken na Aneki proved me wrong there. I didn't think much of that series, and I found her performance there boring as all hell.
But she's back to doing what she does best here in "Himitsu...". She 's playing a loveable, endearing girl.
She's even using some of the tricks Kazunari Ninomiya used in "Stand Up!" Which is great. She's not just standing there as if to say; "Can you believe how sexy and cute I am??? She's working her face, her voice, and her attitude. She's creating a character that's not only beautiful, but has a personality.
That's a big step, and I'm pumped that she's doing it. _________________
i just couldn't stop watching after the fifth episode!!!!
i kinda understand the story now after reaching the fifth episode
there's only one question left: how did the grudge begin???
this dorama really reminds me of unfair, but without the police stuff, plus it's an ambigu, you don't know whether the maiin character is a bad guy or a good guy, he's both at the same time. i love all the action and all the mysteries in it! A very very rare dorama, even the love story in it is unique. The gunshots are simply guesome and blood is everywhere. if only Unfair had action scenes like this, i would've given it a perfect score.
i agree if people say this dorama is underrated, i have never seen such an action dorama with real actions, not just pointing guns but talks sheeet for 10 minutes before shooting. but i have to say the introducion is poorly organized. too many "What?", "Who?", and "Why?"s to be asked i couldn't concentrate on the story (so it was kinda my fault) at the first episodes. getting through it was worth the very very intense episodes after. brilliant!!
8/10
the writer must be very smart! love it! and of course, Katori Shingo wasn't dissapointing. actually, every cast wasn't. except for Uehara Takako, i just kinda felt she was soul-less, or maybe she was ment to be like that i dunno, but she was definitely cute. Ishibashi Ryo was amazing, not only he acted well, he did such action in that age i dunno if it's a stuntman though. wicked ending
interesting, intense, but a bit too heavy. but this is definitely the right choice if you're looking for a dorama with real action. rather than a dorama, it felt like a long action movie that's why sometimes it feels, just a bit, draggy. _________________

Hmmm... well that's interesting. I just finished the first epi and didn't feel too impressed... although it is just the first epi. I personally think he was best in Pride, but I'm biased. _________________
