Finished Gokusen.... Really good Jdrama, despite the predictability of it... Like I said before, Nakame Yukie made this drama work, plain and simple.

Gokusen gets a 9/10.

Can Gokusen 2 top it??? Head Scratch

should watch gokusen special that is the continuation of gokusen 1, and of course gokusen 2 has a new batch of students, cant have the same batch of student unless they all did not graduate right? Am going to rewatch gokusen2 after i find all the softsub, am totally half blank of what they are saying coz my japanese is very shallow.

just finish with neverland yesterday, and now am watching attack no.1. hmmp, i think i got to watch series one by one and not various all at the same time....

saw first ep of Slow Dance (thanks for the fast sub release). Looks like another great series... thought it was Ryoko as the lead actress but it turns out that is Eri. Well, Eri is a good actress too so all is well (she played a great part in Odoru)

Mona Lisa No Hohoemi is shaping up to be an interesting drama. The auction house setting is pretty cool. THe actors are all good. The search for the second mona LIsa is interesting. Just seems a bit tame after watching Gokusen all week. Smile

also saw the first episode of Densha Otoko (train man). It is quite funny, the opening scene kinda has that starwars feel to it. did some searches on ggogle and learned that there's also a Densha Otoko movie was ranked #1 in japan....

has anyone seen the movie? is it better than the series?

Watching Sarariman Kintaro season two.

No much different than the first.

Light yet amusing fare. Big Grin

lol it is soooo cool, yeah i know what u talkin off ... and u know what the best part is .. the subs are not the best quality ... i mean the guys english is kindda basic !! ... but guess what that makes those pointed looks and the typo quotes even more funny ..cause they r soooo bloody simple and basic ..

i havnt finished it yet .. but it will get top grades from me .. one of the few single episode series which i really like a lot ..

Shiina Kippei is soo cool when he is acting STUPID .. lol

I'm watching now Seija no Koushin. Just finished the 5th episod. I think it's a very good drama, but a little dark for me. But I love it. A great story with great actors. I feel sorry for Towa and his friends, because they never want to do wrond things. They are just like children and they're very nice and kind. And it's not the right thing to punish someone because he's/she's other as "normal" people. My favourites are Towa, Arisu and Ayumu.

I've never been much of a Shiina Kippei fan.

I guess I never got over his playing the villain in Overtime.

Hmmm. A rich guy whose business revolved around the creation of and apreciation of beauty... and it took him 10 episodes to figure out that Ryoko was a pip?

Na. The guy was just too dumb to like.

Though he did smoke well. Great lighter technique.
