Hiiiii... Can anyone help me LOL? I tried making some Onigiri today (cute rice balls that u always see in Animes and Dramas) and the rice didn't seem to stick together. I read somewhere that you're not suppose to rinse the rice before you put it in the rice cooker so that way it will stick together better... is that true? I rinsed it before hand and It didn't have the stickiness I hoped for. It just fell apart.

I stuffed mine with Salmon from a little can which tastes like... Tuna. I got a mcjob at mcdonalds so I decided to make my own lunches because I didn't want to eat there everyday.

I ended up making three palm sized ones out of 1 cup of rice. That 1 cup of rice was HUGE when it came out of the cooker. I ended up shoving the rest of the rice in tubaware n putting Tuna/salmon on top of it and sprinkling seaweed on it.

I make mine a little diff than my ex did, but if you're cooking in a rice cooker, add a little more water than what's marked on the side of the container. I wash my rice before hand and it doesn't make much of a difference...

wet your hand before you shape it, if the rice is a little dry, sprinkle some water on it and let it sit for a few minutes while it's still warm.

also, make sure you're using short grain, not long grain.

hope that helps.
