Aaah..... you're killing me.....

I got to watch Iron Chef America on Saturday. It doesn't have the charm or humour of the original, that's for sure. But the cooking is just as good, although their "assistants" do a lot more of the work.

Last sat's was Egg Battle - all sorts of eggs, including Ostrich eggs (that were made into ice cream, among other things) and fish eggs.

They also had a nice slab of tuna and another of Kobe beef..... my mouth was watering Smile

Different culture, different food. You really should try a variety of dishes before you make any comparisons. I love ramen, and I love Pho, if I like one kind of Pho more than ramen, does that mean vietnamese is better than japanese food, hardly. I've not found an ethnic dish that doesn't appeal to me more than something else.

The sooner you open your mind and tastes, the more interesting and delicious foods you'll get to enjoy. Don't close your palette by using small test samples of ethnic food to judge an entire gastronomic culture that may be thousands of years old.

Not to bad so far. I started feeling bad 2 seconds after reading the label. It could be only psychological. Beaten

Perhaps. Actually I usually feel 10 times worst after eating that "t". I don't know who came up with this idea, but it wasn't made to be eaten. Sweat
