the 27/2 episode is on Veoh www.veoh.com If you register and download their client, you can download hi-res versions of the videos. It's not 16/2, but it does have Arashi performing and talking (Unfortunately). The 16/2 ep may be there too. I only know about the 27/2 because I downloaded it for Ai Otsuka and Mika Nakashima

I remember Animax used to air MS special once the day before Chinese New Year. Yeah, that's first time MS been aired on Animax, i guess

I use to download the whole show at jpopsuki but lately I can't find the latest FULL Music Station episodes there. Its too bad if no one is uploading MS via torrent anymore (can't even get my Arashi fix..MU sucks) Who knows other sites that have the full show? I would love to watch Southern All Star perform live.

The latest MS is at Jpopsuki but the name was spelled incorrectly. Search for Music Sation. It's the full ep from 05.11.2007.
