LOL.

So the back of the OST CD says "Made in Sweden" rather than "Made in Japan."

Oh, the irony. hehe

I think if you look at alot of stuff from Japan you can find something that resembles it in another country. Like the show Cromartie High I feel is just a Japanese Hitchhikers to the Galaxy.

As for the whole VK thing I wasnt alive when KISS and Bowey were hot so even though I know of them this is sort of new to me. Yet to me their music is awsome. I cant listen to pop too much. Its tooo soft. I like hard rock songs. And it seems to me the new American mainstream rock is becomming softer and more emo bleh So I listen to older American music like SOAD, A7X (not old but still), Marilyn Manson, ans stuff like that. Yet I am listening to more and more Jrock because I love the intensity of the music

I said Hard Rock, kiddo.

I don't ever recall Elvis wailing or jamming on a Stratocaster or similar. Bleah

More like 60's-80's...

I'm a novice when it comes to Jazz and Classical... But a good start would be watching Swing Girls and Nodame Cantabile... Smile

If you're looking for classical music downloads, check page 162: thtl posted a TON of stuff to download... Thumbsup

The guy is a walking library of J-Drama OSTs and music... Victory! Peace!

haha!! well I thought it's elvis too!! I guess our generation thought of it that way..

visual kei.. yeah it originated from japan.. I'm also into that..

and the trivia about jpop songs from swedish producers yeah that's true.. there's an arashi song that is the same melody as love is all around by ricky lee.. and It was composed by a swedish..

but for the question japanese or western music.. it's a pretty hard decision but I'll also go for western since I got hooked with their music first Mr Green
