Movie: "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "You've Got Mail"
Song: Any of the time-honored Christmas carols (local and foreign), any arrangement, any artist. (Lol, but Wham!'s "Last Christmas" would be a close second! With actions, too! )
Food: Queso de Bola (Edam cheese balls) with just about anything! And Christmas ham! And bibingka (a rice cake baked in banana leaves and topped with grated coconut meat)!
Drink: Ze bubbly! And... steaming vats of hot chocolate drowning in cream, with a generous sprinkling of pixie dust--er, coffee powder.
***
Wishing all of you a VeryMerryChristmas! May this season leave you with warm memories to last a lifetime. Happy Holidays and a Blessed New Year to you and your families!!! "God bless us, every one!"
Best regards from me... and my online persona (lol),

Even though I am not actively posting doesn't mean I don't follow some of the goings on here. Welcome back Tu (even though it was awhile ago). How was Japan?

You are a sly one, Dochira...hehe. Thanks for the greeting...yeah I went on hiatus for about 9-10 months! Japan was wonderful It was hard to believe that I hadn't been back in over 4 years! I posted photos in the relevant thread(s). In any event, it is good to hear from you. Happy Holidays.
When I was coming home from Christmas dinner (Thai food ) I noticed workers taking down Christmas trees/decorations. Illuminations still stay up well beyond the New Year though.
