Comments by gaijinmark [Rating: 6/10] Whereas "Yae no Sakura" had a great first half and then went downhill, "Hana Moyu" is just the opposite, it took forever to get going. It didn't start to get interesting until about episode 28 when Miwa (Mao) went into the Ooku. If they had been able to show in just 15 episodes what they took they first 25 for it would have been a lot more interesting.
All taigas have a great cast, but I thought the best performance was by Yoshiko Mita as Sei.
